RETURNS
We do not accept returns or offer exchanges unless the hijabs are faulty on arrival to customer, then we will conduct a further investigation prior to considering a refund/exchange.
Please note that we will not compensate the customer for any shipping costs.
COVID-19
During this unprecedented time, we are still open for business and aim to meet our delivery times. We are using Royal Mail courier service, which is still operating as normal, however please be aware that parcels may take longer to reach you during this busy time.
FAQ
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we ship internationally over the globe at a fixed rate of £20. All international orders will be sent with online tracking that will allow you to track your orders shipping process from the moment it leaves our warehouse and arrives at your home.
Additional to the items and delivery charges we apply, you may also be required to pay customers fees by your country of residence. Please contact your local customs office for further information so that you are sure about the charges before you place an order with us. We are not responsible for payment of such charges.
Do I need to be a member to make a purchase?
There is the option to check-out as a guest user and not create an account. However, creating an account allows you to keep your order history and benefits you to access our exclusive news and offers by subscribing to our newsletter.
What are your delivery options?
We at COVERETTE aim to dispatch every order within
2-3 working days. Please note delivery of your order may take longer during sale periods due to the number of orders we are processing.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class or Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class, both options will be present at checkout. Once the products have been posted out, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and receive your order in 1-2 / 2-3 working days depending on your shipping choice.
2nd Class Signed For is FREE on all UK orders over £25
If you need your order any sooner than that, please email us to arrange next day delivery. However please be prepared to pay additional costs for the arrival.
What payment types do you take?
We accept bank transfer and Paypal, both options will appear at the checkout page. Both are safe to use and available to use at your ease. Also, our website is secured with SSL encryption, therefore protects any details you enter.
